Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing with a beautiful view up to the creek behind the resort, and at night, the creek outside my window was so peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. The dining experience, especially the fried fish, was phenomenal, although I wished for a bit more variety. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the luxurious feel of the place.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service. Although the dining options were somewhat limited, the pleasant location near the river made up for it. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable experience during my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located close enough to downtown to enjoy all the beauty of the Black Hills while being out of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but some may find the distance from downtown a drawback. The service is attentive with excellent housekeeping and shuttle options, though the paid shuttle service might add to the costs. Guests can enjoy an authentic dining experience, especially with the Sicilian cunzato bread, however, the dining options may be limited. The facilities offer everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the value for money is generally good.
